Triplex, associated with Michel Guillot Architect

The project concerns the extension and renovation of an existing duplex apartment located in a recent building (year 1990)

using of part of the lower floor.

To offer more clarity and openness to the apartment, the project consists of creating a glass roof at the top of the interior

stairwell and joining the three French doors of the southern facade into a single large bay, Sequenced only by two metal posts.

This large bay opens on a terrace for private use. A luminous plexiglass skin is connecting the 3 levels.

The existing apartment is completely overhauled with raw materials: glass, plexiglass, concrete
