The project involves a three-storey extension to a modest yet elegant house, in order to provide it with more space and comfort.
Raw materials are used here, such as wood, exposed concrete, and steel. The overall effect aims to work with the spirit of the pre-1930 era, creating a contemporary style but with a modern touch from that period, so as not to create a complete contrast with the existing building: a restrained rhythm and carefully crafted symmetry, with a strong base to establish a dignified connection between the building and the surrounding greenery.
Work has been carried out on the terrace to link it with a raised ground-floor level.
